Discover the mountain formation "Himmelriket" (Heaven's Kingdom) at Gautefallheia in Drangedal – one of nature's own masterpieces in Telemark. This unique hiking destination features spectacular bedrock formations carved out by glaciers from the last Ice Age. The result is a magnificent structure resembling a giant, Roman amphitheatre, crafted entirely by nature. The hike is relatively easy and offers a fantastic experience of Norwegian wilderness.
The trip starts easily from the Gautefall Ski Resort in Drangedal.
