Skien Leisure park has an indoors climbing wall towering 14,7 metres high and 18 metres wide - the perfect starting point for beginners. Høyt & Lavt in Bø Telemark offers a total of 137 different mechanisms in the woods, 119 different obstacles and 18 zip-liners. There are different courses with varying grades of difficulty - from beginner courses for the youngest of children to professional climbers.
You don’t need to look further than Nissedal if you try to find the best rock climbing experiences! Nissedal has for years been the favorite place for the casual climber, and Via Lara one of the most climbed routes in all of Norway. The climbing festival “Fri Flyt” is held in Nissedal in August.
