Sauna Rules:
• Bring your own towel to sit on.
• No smoking inside the sauna.
• Do not dive into the lake just outside the sauna; it's rocky.
• Note that it takes 20 minutes to heat up the sauna if you have it for the first hour. Start heating it before 4:00 PM.
• Place matches, wood, and the ignition bag back in the combustion chamber to keep them dry.

The cabins at Vidsyn Midjås offer a unique lodging experience in modern glass cabins with panoramic views of Dalen, Bandak Lake, and the mountains. You can choose from cabins for two or three people. Each cabin has its own fire pit and opportunities for grilling.
A shared service building, complete with showers, a kitchen, and a veranda, provides you with additional convenience.
