Enjoy award-winning, wild-caught trout from Hardangervidda, cured into *rakfisk* by Håvardsrud Farm according to proud family traditions.
Smoked trout, also processed at the same farm, will be served. Authentic mountain-dairy butter and rome (a rich, traditional sour cream) are supplied by Håvardsrud Seterliv.
Barbro Stordalen will be on hand, serving piping-hot, traditional Tinn-lefser (soft flatbreads) and crispy, homemade potato flatbread (brau) straight off the griddle.
Potatoes, onions, and rutabagas come from Naukeset Farm, where Hilde and Joar grow the perfect accompaniments for the meal.
The eggs—an essential accompaniment to rakfisk—come from Stuvetrå.
To complement these rich flavors, we have stocked the fridge with the very best our county has to offer:
Sparkling apple cider from NeRø Frukt og Sider, craft beer from Lindheim Ølkompani in Gvarv, and Eventyrmost (premium apple juice) from Nordre Lindheim in Gvarv.
