About

Melakollen is one of the Ti-topper’n in Siljan and offers beautiful views over Siljan and Midtbygda. On clear days, you can even glimpse the sea beyond the hills to the south and east. The trail passes through open, easily accessible forest terrain, making it ideal for families, beginners, or anyone seeking a short but rewarding hike.

At the summit, you’ll find a trig point called Barduvarden, which marks the highest point and provides stunning views of the surrounding landscape.
