Heit Telemark Sauna is located at Lien Farm, idyllically situated by Lake Norsjø in the heart of Telemark. You can combine a sauna visit with a visit to the farm, where you can participate in cider tasting or shop for local food products at the farm shop.
Facilities at the sauna
The sauna itself is located on a floating dock in Lake Norsjø and has a capacity for 9 people. It has a bathing ladder on the dock, towel hooks, outdoor chairs, and a furnished changing room. There is a toilet on the farm that can be used before using the sauna.
Bring a towel and swimwear
When visiting Heit Telemark, you must bring 2 towels, one for swimming and one to sit on in the sauna. Bring swimwear and a water bottle as well. It may also be a good idea to bring a bag for wet swimwear.
Remember
For hygienic reasons, it is not allowed to eat food inside the sauna. Also, please note that all swimming and sauna use is at your own risk.
