Experience a one-of-a-kind, tranquil escape aboard our charming houseboat in Telemark. Located just a 20-minute drive from Skien and Porsgrunn, this floating retreat offers the perfect blend of nature and comfort.

The Houseboat

The houseboat measures 27 square meters and is thoughtfully designed to provide a cozy and functional stay. It features:

• Sleeping Quarters: Four bunk beds equipped with high-quality mattresses. Duvets and pillows are provided.
• Kitchen & Living Area: An open-plan space featuring a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer, and gas stove/oven.
• Facilities: Private toilet (Porta Potti) and a sink with cold water.
• Terrace: Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck or take a swim via the direct-access swim ladder.

Features & Amenities

To ensure a comfortable stay on the water, the houseboat includes:

• Solar Power: Equipped with a solar panel system for charging mobile phones and tablets.
• Outdoor Cooking: A gas grill is available for outdoor use.
• On Deck: Four comfortable deck chairs and a table that can be used both inside and outside.
• Propulsion: Powered by two 9.9 HP Yamaha High Trust outboard engines.

Practical Information

• Location: The houseboat is usually docked at Knuts Grill, where you can also purchase additional fuel.
• Bed Linen: Not included, but available for rent at 150 NOK per set. You are also welcome to bring your own.
• Cleaning: You may choose to clean the houseboat yourself or pay a cleaning fee of 490 NOK.
• Activities: Excellent fishing opportunities in Lake Kilevannet. Fishing permits can be purchased on-site.
