About

10 cottages in a quiet and peaceful surroundings, 3 km from the main road. Five cottages have running water, shower and toilet. All cottages have electricity with cooking facilities, refrigerator and utensils. There are common facilities for the cabins without running water, and campers. Washing machine and dryer. There is room for some tents and campers in the summer.

The common area has a trampoline and a playground. There is good terrain for berry picking and fishing opportunities. Boats and canoes for loan to guests. Great walks from Hogstul Hytter summer and winter. Marked paths and forest roads suitable for biking.

Approx. 21 km to parking / start point Gaustatoppen. Hogstul Hytter is situated 36 km from Rjukan (in the summer) and 40 km from Notodden, both on on the World Heritage List of UNESCO. Hogstul lies 30 minutes from Bø Sommarland waterpark.
