Enjoy the summer in the archipelago and join a beautiful Archipelago Cruise along the Sun Coast in Bamble. Take the ferry MS Rognfjell from Langesund to the various stops at Valle, Sjøterrassen, Trosby, and the final stop, Valle. The boat will then return on the same route.
Join a round trip or hop on and off the boat
You can hop on and off the boat. For example, you can hike a part of the coastal trail and take the boat back or vice versa. You can cycle the archipelago route or play golf at Bamble Golf Club and take the boat back, or enjoy a concert and good food at one of the restaurants and take the boat back. You can also take the boat to Langesund for a day or evening visit, and if desired, you can pre-book a taxi for the return trip.

The arcipelago bus (Skjærgårdsbussen)
The archipelago bus runs along the coastline in Bamble, every day in July, with two departures daily from Langesund to Valle. You can take the bus and combine it with a stage on the coastal path and e.g. jump on the Archipelago cruise on the boat's return to Langesund.
The Coastal Trail
Take note of the beautiful sections of the coastal trail: Langesund-Rognstranda and Trosby-Sjøterrassen-Valle. These trips are great to walk in both directions with many highlights along the way. You can take Rognfjell to and from these places.
Parking in Langesund
There is parking available behind the Town Hall in Langesund. Enter near the Prixbutikken store.
There is also parking at Langesund Havneterminal (Harbor Terminal)
The old guardhouse is now a customs museum, with artefacts found there from long ago.
