A little about the scheme
Porsgrunn is the first city in Norway to offer advertising-financed electric electric bikes. This is a pilot project in collaboration with JCDecaux Norway, and applies in the first instance until the end of 2021.
JCDecaux Norway is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the system. The bikes are taken in for the winter.
