First floor:
Entrance / vestibule and hallway with ample space for hanging outerwear.
Kitchen with dining table. Separate dining room and living room with a lounge area.
Two bedrooms: Room 1 has 3 beds, and Room 2 has bunk beds with 4 sleeping places.
Bathroom with shower and toilet.
There is no Wi-Fi in the caretaker’s house.
The Area:
A fantastic outdoor space for safe play just outside the front door. A beautiful beach is just a short walk from the house, on the north side of the island.
Langøya is 2.9 km long, with unique geology and an exciting variety of flora in a protected landscape conservation area.
A 4.5 km blue-marked coastal trail runs around the entire island. Langøya Hovedgård Restaurant is located in the same area.
Boat mooring:
A private boat should primarily be moored in the guest harbor. However, smaller boats up to 20 feet can also be tied along the dock by the storage building, where a space is reserved for a rental boat.
The boat renter is responsible for securing the boat properly according to weather conditions and forecasts.
