
The Frierstien Trail is a beautiful, blue-marked hiking route connecting scenic areas along the Frierfjord on the western side of the Eidanger Peninsula in Porsgrunn. Today, outdoor enthusiasts maintain the trail, enjoying the lush forest and the many splendid viewpoints.
Public Transport: If you walk the entire 9–10 km stretch, you can easily take the bus back to your starting point. There are bus stops near the trail both at Dammane in Brevik and at Herøya.
