Start your journey in Bø city center with a visit to Bø Old Church (Bø gamle kyrkje). This medieval stone church, built between 1150 and 1180, is one of only 17 remaining "Olav’s Churches" in Norway. A must-see for history enthusiasts!
Need a break? Norheimstjønnet is famous for being one of the first lakes to reach comfortable swimming temperatures in the summer. It features a charming beach that is a favorite among the locals.
Along the route, you will pass the site of the Troll car—Norway’s first real attempt at large-scale automobile production. It’s a fascinating stop for anyone interested in technical history.
