
The Fjone Ferry (MF Nisser) safely transports you across the 500-meter-wide Fjone Strait between Fjone and Framnes. This charming cable ferry connects the east and west sides of Lake Nisser, forming part of county road 3380 (fylkesvei 3380), which efficiently connects you to national road 41 (Telemarksvegen).
The Fjone Ferry is widely known as Norway's smallest scheduled cable ferry, and is owned and operated by Nissedal municipality.
