In the heart of Lifjell lies our family-friendly alpine resort with two lifts and five slopes of varying difficulty. Here you can choose between everything from gentle runs to high-speed challenges – and the view is fantastic!

Lifjell Winterland – for Children and Beginners

The whole family thrives in Lifjell Winterland! Here, children and new skiers can try their hand in a safe environment. The child-friendly slope is about 350 meters long and has a simple platter lift and good visibility for parents. The perfect place to take your first turns on skis or a snowboard!

Lifjell Park – Fun and Challenges in the Terrain

For those who enjoy speed and excitement, Lifjell Park awaits – our dedicated terrain park that is constantly being developed. Here you will find:

The park is adapted to the weather and snow conditions, so you always get new challenges and fun experiences!

Lifjell Ski School

Do you want to feel safer on skis or learn snowboarding? Our skilled instructors help both children and adults discover the joy of skiing. Whether you are a beginner or want to fine-tune your technique – we ensure a sense of accomplishment and great experiences.

Cross-Country Trails for All Levels

Lifjell offers 80 km of groomed cross-country trails, surrounded by magnificent high mountain nature.

• Four child-friendly loop trails (2–3 km) on the Jønnbu plateau
• Challenging trips in mountain terrain 1000–1100 meters above sea level.
• Starting point from the large parking lot at Jønnbu

When the mountain weather gets rough, you'll find great alternatives in the Vihus trails – just 5 minutes away, in a more sheltered forest setting.
