You can begin your trip at either Gvammen in Hjartdal or Århusmoen in Seljord. The route alternates between gravel paths and sections with regular vehicle traffic.
The route includes climbs that may be challenging for less experienced cyclists. We highly recommend an e-bike to ensure a comfortable experience, leaving you with plenty of energy to enjoy the sights.
