The Sea Serpent in the Seljordsvatnet is the biggest attraction in our city. It's very popular to glance the water on a calm, warm and sunny day in hope it revealing itself. You can use the Sea Serpent Tower in the center of Seljord or the Sauna as great bases to spot this phenomenon.
The church was built in the romanesque style at some time in the 12th century. It is dedicated to St Olav. On the north-west corner of the church a face has been hewn. This, according to legend, represents the saint king.

Gallery Nutheim was opened in 1978. The Gallery exhibits art by local artists. Nutheim Guest House accommodates bus groups and other groups for meals and a look through the art gallery.
