Høydalsmo by the E134 is the entrance gate to Tokke. The rural area has an enthusiastic skicommunity and can promote itself with a modern cross-country skiing arena and the ski jump Huka (http://hoydalsmo.no/huka/huka.htm), a 90 meter jump.
Høydalsmo IL has a wonderful ski track network of 2.5 km, 3 km, 5 km and 10 km. The ski track was modernized for the national championship i 2002 and later Høydalsmo IL has been responsible for World Cup heats and other large events. You can find the start for the ski tracks at the ski stadium near Høydalsmo school, or you can park by Skinan at E-134 towards Åmot.
