We work to strengthen the region’s position as a leading travel destination in Norway through marketing, sustainable destination development and responsible tourism management. Our aim is to support growth and create value for businesses and local communities across Telemark.
Our role – supporting growth and cooperation
Our role is to bring together tourism businesses, local communities, municipalities and public organisations. We coordinate destination development across Telemark and encourage cooperation that benefits the tourism industry and the region as a whole.
Our work focuses on three main areas:
- Destination development – We support innovative and sustainable tourism development throughout Telemark.
- Expertise and advice – We aim to be a trusted partner for tourism businesses, municipalities and regional authorities, offering guidance on destination development and marketing.
- Targeted marketing – We develop creative, results-driven marketing activities to increase Telemark’s visibility in Norway and international markets.
