This bathing spot i located near the town center, at the island Øya. Enjoy the view towards the islet Rauane and the entrance for boats to our town from the open sea.
Because of its high diving board, Sjøbadet is a popular place for youngsters!
There are also two small nice sandy beaches and polished rocks which are perfect for sunbathing too.
Via Sjøbadet you can reach the viewpoint Veten which can offer you stunning panoramic views of Kragerø downtown and the beautiful archipelago.
(Sjøbadet is also easily accessible with a wheelchair.There is no HC toilet here, but it is not far from the public toilets which you´ll find near Kiwi at the Blindtarmen)
