The region southeast of Øyfjell can promote itself with a varied and beautiful nature, both in winter and summer. Here you can find mountain tops with woods, wide quagmires and beautiful snow-covered tracks. In winter you can find more than 25 miles of prepared ski tracks in terrain ranging from 650 until 1000 m.a.s near Raudsinutane where the view is fabulous. You can find this fairytale like place in between the four municipalities - Tokke, Vinje, Seljord and Kvitestreid, where the hills stretch to the east to Langlim and Morgedal, and south towards Høydalsmo.
