Top10 activities by the coast

  1. The island of Jomfruland is located on the outskirts of Kragerø's spectacular archipelago.
  2. Kragerø with its many freshwater lakes and a wonderful archipelago is a paradise for paddling enthusiasts and offers a varied terrain.
  3. By the waterfront at Stabbestad, not far from where the ferry docs, you'll find Beach Club Kragerø. Here you can relax on comfy sunbeds or lounge gropus while you enjoy a refreshing drink or a tasty meal from the restaurant.   5. Krikken Coastal Fort, a German construction from World War 2 is well worth visiting. The fort is located at Skåtøy island outside of Kragerø, and is an excellent hiking area wth beautiful surroundings and a very intersting history.

    1. Vestre Gumøyknute/Signalen has the archipelago's second highest viewing point and offers a great hiking trip. “Signalen” towers 113metres over the ocean and offers a spectacular panoramic view of the archipelago.
