Skåtøy Café is a cultural meeting place in the Kragerø archipelago and is located in the centre of the island surrounded by beautiful nature.
Every spring/summer you can enjoy a intimate café experience with delicious food and drinks, nice concerts and interesting exhibitions. In the garden of Skåtøy Café you can enjoy a glass of white wine in the sun, a beer in the shade or a cup of tea in the summer rain.
The café offers a varied and creative menu with delicious food: From classics like shrimp sandwiches and Italian pizzas, some Spanish-inspired dishes to gorgeous homemade cakes and coffee.
In addition to be the world's cosiest café offers Skåtøy Café a varied and exciting cultural program with everything from "local heroes" to more familiar and established Norwegian artists like Bjørn Eidsvåg. Want a nice concert experience in an intimate encounter with artists, this is the place for you. In the main house there is also a nice and bright room, which is used for exhibitions of art.
The café is a gathering place for all who live on Skåtøy, have a summerhouse on the island or take a trip out by boat or ferry from Kragerø.
We warmly welcome everyone who wants to experience magic moments and great spring/summer/autumn memories on Skåtøy.
