Then Kragerø Sailing Association can be what you are looking for.
Kragerø Seilforening was founded in 1881 and has long traditions for trips and active sailing. Kragerø Sailing Association is on Saltneven, a small island on the north-west tip of Skåtøy just outside Kragerø city center. Here you will find an active buggy environment for children and juniors as well as long traditions for KragerøTerna, Kogg and BB 11. Saltneven is a pearl with Kragerø Fjord's most beautiful sunset and a great little harbor with the possibility of accommodation for motor and sailing boats. There are sailing camps, sailing classes, trainings, courses and much more so visit their website, or the facebook page, and maybe you'll find something that's just right for you.
