Kragerø Kayak offers courses and guided kayak tours in a beautiful archipelago!

Our activities are suitable for everyone – from complete beginners to experienced paddlers looking for new adventures.

The focus is not on performance or speed, but on finding a sense of mastery, joy, and safety in the kayak. Perhaps you’ll also allow yourself a digital detox and be 100% present in nature, for example on our specially designed kayak and yoga experiences.

Through playful activities or calm trips on the water, you’ll have the opportunity to relax your shoulders, breathe more deeply, and fully immerse yourself in the moment.

With bacground as an anesthesia nurse, and experience as a yoga instructor, kayak enthusiast, and activity leader, I am skilled at creating meaningful and enjoyable experiences for each individual in the kayak.

I can also tailor programs for groups and businesses upon request.

I have extensive experience as a kayaker and have worked a season as a kayak guide in Svalbard, where nature truly leaves its mark and demands safe navigation under changing conditions.

This experience provides an extra foundation of safety and preparedness on our trips, allowing you to be fully present in the experience, knowing you are in safe hands.
