Kat writes to you:
I invite you on a creative journey where you will be encouraged to explore the sensory nature of art and authentic expression. Experience the feeling of pure bliss while you learn to surrender yourself to your creative process with joyful abandonment, allowing yourself the freedom to just be. Our focus will be on loosening up, tuning into all our senses, releasing expectations and welcoming creative expression back into our daily lives.
I will share with you my passion for and understanding of colour, and offer exercises aimed at supporting you in letting go while connecting to yourself and discovering your own authentic voice. The process will be broken down into easy, bite-sized segments with plenty of time for reflection and relaxation in between. During the workshops, I will also demonstrate many of my personal painting and drawing techniques, while creating a large original painting from start to finish.
Kat signature workshop retreats are limited to an intimate group (8-10) to ensure lots of personal attention, one-on-one support with plenty of space to explore and create.
No previous drawing or painting experience is required to attend one of my workshops. As there are a limited number of places, registration is binding. Cancelations due to sickness is free.
