Sigtesøya invites you to good natural experiences on marked trails. Here are beaches, shorts, grasslands and rocks.
Between the ferry pier´s in Risøysundet and Svensvika there is a marked path through woods with fairy tales. The hike goes in light hilly terrain and by the big grasalands in Andedammen and Gardsbukta, where there are nice family-friendly places for relaxing and bathing.
In Tangane free area on the southern tip of the island there are good fishing and swimming opportunities from the rocks and small sandy beaches. From the mountains you have orchestral space over the ship traffic through Dypingen. In the same area there are many big and small potholes.
