If you want to find the pleasant and long-awaited calm, Sandøya is the place to visit, feel free to follow the trails around the island and just enjoy yourself.
A popular trail is to Dikkon across the island. The trail is well marked through the woods. You can also follow the road if you choose to ride a bike. At Dikkon there is a ferry terminal for Breviksfergene, camping and a cafe. Nice area for sunbathing and beaches.
