Cycling on the Hardangervidda brings you into beautiful and charming high mountain nature, Hardangervidda is Norway's largest national park and guarantees you an unique nature experience in a pure surrounding.
Many good fishing lakes along the roads for you to try to catch trout.
The beginning of the cycling tour is very special, because the first North-European cable car whisks you up from Rjukan to the starting point at 886 meters.
The route is well signposted and well maintained. After 30 km you will arrive at the Kalhovd Turisthytte, where you can have dinner and stay for the night.
Either you go back by the same route, or you cycle further to Atrå and back to Rjukan. A total distance of 55 km.
Price NOK 1595 for adults and NOK 1095 for children (4 - 12 years).
Prices include: return ticket Krossobanen, lunch, a 3 course dinner, sleeping accommodation and breakfast at Kalhovd Turisthytte.
