Welcome to Klingeling - the original Telemark blade
Klingeling is a traditional food producer that produces homemade Telemark kling, flatbread and other baked goods. The charming venue is located at Borgestad in Skien, just off the main road between Porsgrunn and Skien on the east side of the river.
Old recipes that have been inherited
The driver of Klingeling is Gunn-Marit Krogsrud, who holds all the roles in the company as everything from cleaning worker to director. There are many chores and tasks when you drive alone, but then you also know how the result will be every time you bake. The recipes Gunn-Marit uses have been inherited from her grandmother.
Telemarkskling is thus based on years of tradition and a secret recipe that she inherited. Products at Klingeling Telemark ring made from the old recipes is Gunn-Marit's main product. She has many regular customers who buy blades for both everyday and parties. In the bakery, she also makes selected types of bread with her own twist. She wants the breads to be as natural as possible and has prepared good recipes that have worked well and given the bakery many regular customers. You can also shop a selection of baked goods and cookies here. In addition, she sells local products from selected producers in the region, such as Eplemost.
