Experience the spectacular coastal path from Langesund to Valle and book your return with Bamble Taxi
Åby - Langesund - a journey of 16km - for most a tough but nice half day trip. You can of course choose if you want to start in Langesund and go to Åby - this is entirely up to you. Here you can read about the different stages:
Åby -Rognstranda and Rognstranda – Langesund
Another stage is from Åby to Trosby. This is a fantastic nice trip and we recommend a trip up to Vardås just before Trosby. This route has many nice beaches along the way and is approximately 16 km long.
Åby - Trosby
From Trosby, the journey continues to Valle. Here you can take off at Fjordglimt and go out to Sjøterassen for a snack. If you want to go directly to Valle we recommend going into Trolldalen coastal fort. Here is the old coastal fort from World War II.
Trosby - Valle
New in 2020 there will now be a boat between Langesund - Åby (- Sildetangen - Havparundiset (Hafsund) - Trosby - Sjøterassen), meaning that you can now can take a boat from Langesund to Åby and walk the coastal path to Trosby, Hafsund or Sjøterassen.
