Stunning Nature

See and experience Telemark's natural diversity - from the coastal island in the south to the Hardangervidda Mountain Plateau in the north, with vast views and spectacular mountain crossings.

Telemark has been called a miniature of Norway. A pretty good description since you are able to enjoy most of what Norway offers within short travel distances. Although we call Telemark a miniature of Norway the attractions we offer are grande.

Experience great nature in the fjord landscape following the newly improved hiking path between Dalen and Eidsborg. Dalen is the end stop on the Telemark Canal.

The Krossobanen cable car brings you up to Hardangervidda. Western Telemark offers fantastic nature experiences from Fyresdal, Nissedal and Vrådal to Rauland and the high mountain plateau.
